Our Decaf Earl Grey is made by infusing our Decaf Ceylon tea with the natural oil of bergamot, which is commonly used in traditional blends of Earl Grey tea. If you wonder whether the world would still function without Earl Grey tea, many would doubt it. Initially created exclusively for Charles Grey, the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, this tea blend quickly gained popularity across the kingdom and eventually spread worldwide.
With our decaffeinated version of Earl Grey, you can enjoy a cup of tea without worrying about staying up all night contemplating the spinning of the earth. To ensure the best taste, it is important to use high-quality water. We recommend using filtered water when necessary. For each cup of tea desired, use one teaspoon of tea. Pour water heated to 212F over the tea and allow it to steep for 4 to 5 minutes. Afterward, remove the tea and savor the moment.
